Notions Coffee is a dream that started over 7,000km away, when Heyden (Owner and Founder of Notions Coffee) was studying in her hometown of London, Ontario in Canada. Coffee has always been a huge joy in her life, and through her time working in restaurants, cafes, and country clubs, the through line was always a love of service. Being able to bring a smile to someone’s face, to connect, and to serve a delicious coffee is at the root of why we do what we do.
