Our coffee cart service brings fresh espresso drinks straight to your guests, with no effort needed from your side.

We offer:

How It Works

1) Send us the details

A bit of information about the event itself, how many guests, how long you need service for, and any other details

2) We send a quote

Within 24h of your inquiry, we will get back to you with a fixed price quote including everything, no hidden fees here!

3) You host, we brew

We will arrive a few hours early to set up, serve your guest, and then pack it all up at the end. Simple as that!

Our Services

All services include:

  • Dedicated barista on service

  • Coffee cart with commercial espresso equipment

  • Oat and regular milk

  • 2 flavor syrups of your choice

  • Cups, lids, napkins, sugar

  • Setup, service, and take-down

What we need:

  • Access to water

  • Access to the venue 2h before and 1h after the service window

  • Access to 220W power though 16A socket, within 5m of where the cart will be

Service Tiers

  • Best for: Small office gatherings, boutique private parties, or intimate corporate events.

    • 2-Hour Service: €500

    • 4-Hour Service: €750

    • 6-Hour Service: €950

  • Best for: Medium corporate workshops, standard birthday parties, or mid-sized weddings.

    • 2-Hour Service: €650

    • 4-Hour Service: €900

    • 6-Hour Service: €1,250

  • Best for: Large weddings, corporate product launches, or day-long seminars.

    • 2-Hour Service: €800

    • 4-Hour Service: €1,100

    • 6-Hour Service: €1,400

  • Have something else in mind? No problem! Reach out for a quote and we will be happy to discuss a custom package for your event.

Add Ons

  • • Price: €150 per hour

    • Includes: Extension of barista service and unlimited espresso drinks beyond your booked package time (must be agreed 48 hours prior to event).

  • • Price: €180 flat fee per signature drink option

    • Includes: 1-on-1 menu planning, custom sourcing/creation of your specialized syrup, custom cold foam topping development, and a personalized physical menu display board for the cart.

  • • Price: €200 flat fee

    • Includes: A secondary, self-serve station with professional thermal dispensers filled with premium filter coffee (includes up to 50 extra servings). Highly recommended for weddings and corporate breaks to eliminate espresso lines, and accomoate those who prefer brewed coffee over espresso

  • • Price: €30 per additional syrup or topping

    • Additional syrup options include: vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, gingerbread, salted maple syrup, or a custom flavor (all syrups made in-house)

    • Additional cold foam toppings can be made with any of the flavors above (all cold foams made in house)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Fully customizable! We offer flexibility in designing our Custom Package, so ew can agree on a solution that perfectly fits your event needs.

  • We operate within the greater Helsinki area free of charge, but we can travel pretty much anywhere if needed (additional costs will be incurred).

  • We typically suggest at least 2 weeks notice, but we highly recommend that for busy times (such as for Pikkujoulut or wedding season) to book as soon as possible. Even if you don’t have all details finalized yet, reach out to reserve your time well in advance!
